My Story
I’m an independent EUDR consultant who breaks down compliance into simple, manageable steps. After several years in policy advocacy and corporate consulting in the Netherlands, I returned to my roots in Lithuania, where I now provide remote EUDR consulting services. But I do more than just consult — I’m passionate about making EUDR compliance as accessible and independent as possible, no matter the size of the company. That’s why I create easy-to-navigate, practical compliance tools like guidebooks and online trainings.
I see the EUDR as a vital step in protecting the world’s forests — but I also understand the real challenges businesses, especially small and medium-sized ones, face when trying to put it into practice.
That’s why I founded Tara Consulting: to offer thoughtful, down-to-earth support rooted in care, clarity, and depth.
Tara is a nickname I’m often called, inspired by the Sanskrit word for “star” — a symbol of guidance and protection. These qualities shape how I work, providing steady, grounded support to help you navigate EUDR with clarity and confidence.

MY experience
Before founding Tara Consulting, I spent over five years in the Netherlands working in policy advocacy and corporate consulting. With a legal background and a focus on sustainability, I bring a unique perspective to regulatory compliance.
In my most recent role as Sustainability & Policy Manager, I advised major fashion retailers on EUDR compliance and collaborated closely with traceability solution providers, offering guidance on the technical implementation of EUDR requirements.
With this combination of legal expertise and hands-on experience, I offer a deep, practical understanding of the EUDR landscape and how it applies across different sectors.
